The amount of days depends on your budget and the extend of the topic we will be discussing. Most topics require 2 days and give you your team a good understanding and a goal to work towards in the future. 3+ days are mostly used for ongoing engagements where I would join you and your team at your office for a day every 2 weeks to review and drive the teachings further.

Every training topic has a set structure and three depth levels. We'll pick the depth level for each training based on the seniority, experience and general composition of your team:
